Instructions
1. Mix ¼ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt into a glass of water.
2. Stir well until the salt fully dissolves.
3. Add lemon juice or apple cider vinegar if desired.
4. Drink slowly, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
