Cottage cheese wraps are a high-protein, low-carb breakfast made with just cottage cheese, egg, and salt, baked into a soft and flexible flatbread perfect for wraps or quick meals.
Ingredients
150 g cottage cheese (paneer), crumbled
1 large egg
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper
2. Blend cottage cheese, egg, and salt until completely smooth
3. Spread the mixture evenly into a thin layer about 1/4 inch thick
4. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until set and lightly golden at the edges
5. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes
6. Carefully lift, cut, and use as wraps or flatbread
Notes
Full-fat cottage cheese gives a softer and more flexible texture
Low-fat versions may turn slightly crumbly
Blend thoroughly to avoid uneven texture
Do not remove from parchment while hot to prevent tearing
Store with parchment between layers to avoid sticking
Reheat in a dry pan for best texture
Best assembled fresh to avoid soggy wraps
