Description
A simple baking soda recipe for weight loss with plain, lemon, and apple cider vinegar variations. These drinks may support hydration, digestion, and temporary bloating relief, but they do not directly burn fat.
Ingredients
Plain Baking Soda Water:
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 to 2 cups filtered water
Lemon Baking Soda Drink:
1 teaspoon baking soda
Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
1 cup filtered water
Apple Cider Vinegar Baking Soda Drink:
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 to 2 tablespoons raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar
8 ounces filtered water
Instructions
1. For the plain version, dissolve baking soda completely in filtered water and drink on an empty stomach about 20 to 30 minutes before eating.
2. For the lemon version, combine lemon juice and baking soda, allow the fizzing reaction to settle, then add water, stir, and drink after bubbling stops.
3. For the apple cider vinegar version, mix apple cider vinegar with baking soda, wait until the reaction finishes, add water, stir well, and drink before meals.
Notes
Begin with 1/4 teaspoon baking soda if you are new to these drinks.
Do not drink while the mixture is still fizzing.
Do not exceed 1/2 teaspoon baking soda per day.
People with kidney disease, heart conditions, high blood pressure, or sodium restrictions should consult a healthcare professional before use.
