Ingredients
1–2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
1 glass (250 ml) warm or room-temperature water
Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or stevia
Optional: A pinch of cinnamon or ginger
Instructions
1. Combine apple cider vinegar with warm or room-temperature water.
2. Add honey, cinnamon, or ginger if desired.
3. Stir thoroughly and drink slowly before meals or on an empty stomach.
4. Start with 1 teaspoon of ACV if you’re new, increasing gradually.
5. Always dilute ACV and avoid consuming it straight.
