Ingredients
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder
1 cup warm water or warm herbal tea (hot but not boiling)
Optional: lemon juice, honey or maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, or a splash of fruit juice
Instructions
1. Heat water or tea until hot but not boiling.
2. Sprinkle gelatin slowly into the warm liquid while stirring constantly.
3. Stir until the gelatin fully dissolves and the mixture looks smooth.
4. Add any optional flavorings, then stir again.
5. Drink warm right away, or refrigerate 2 to 3 hours to set into a soft gel.

Do not use boiling liquid, because high heat can affect texture.
