How to Make Whipped Honey (Creamy, Fluffy, and Perfect Every Time)

  • Author: Lina Hart
  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 1 cup
  • Diet: Vegetarian

Description

Light, creamy whipped honey made from crystallized honey. Perfect for spreading, stirring into coffee, or adding to baked goods.

Ingredients

Crystallized honey (light varieties such as clover or orange blossom)

Optional: cinnamon, vanilla extract, or other spices

Instructions

1. If honey is very firm, warm gently in a bowl of warm water until soft but not hot.

2. Transfer honey to a clean mixing bowl.

3. Whip using an electric mixer on medium speed for 5 to 10 minutes until smooth and creamy.

4. Add cinnamon, vanilla, or other flavorings if desired.

5. Continue whipping until texture is fluffy and light.

6. Transfer to a clean jar, seal tightly, and store at room temperature.

Notes

Use honey that has started to crystallize naturally.

Avoid overheating to preserve flavor and nutrients.

Whipped honey can be re-whipped if it crystallizes again.
