Description

Simple low calorie cubes made from unflavored gelatin and water to help curb cravings before meals. Customizable, easy to prep, and ready in just a few hours.


Ingredients

1 cup water (½ cup hot, ½ cup cold)

1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin (1 packet if using Knox)

12 teaspoons apple cider vinegar or lemon juice (optional)

1 teaspoon honey, stevia, or preferred sweetener


Instructions

1. Heat ½ cup water until steaming.

2. Slowly stir in gelatin until fully dissolved.

3. Mix in vinegar or lemon juice and sweetener.

4. Add remaining ½ cup cold water to cool mixture.

5. Pour into a mold or dish.

6. Refrigerate at least 2 hours until firm.

7. Cut into cubes and store chilled.

Notes

Consume 2–4 cubes before meals or at night for cravings.
