Description
A simple pre-meal mixture of unflavored gelatin, hot water, and cold water or tea that gently supports fullness and appetite control.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 cup cold water or brewed green tea
1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
1/6 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt (optional)
1 scoop collagen powder (optional)
Instructions
1. Dissolve unflavored gelatin completely in hot water.
2. Stir in lemon juice and pink salt if using.
3. Add cold water or green tea and mix well.
4. Drink warm or chill 2–3 hours until lightly gelled.
5. Consume 15–30 minutes before lunch or dinner.
Notes
Do not use flavored or sweetened gelatin.
Avoid replacing meals with gelatin alone.
Ensure the gelatin fully dissolves to avoid clumps.
Initial bloating may occur and usually fades.
Vegetarians can substitute agar agar, though the effect is milder.
