Description

A quick, no-bake vegan chocolate date bark recipe that’s chewy, crunchy, and naturally sweet—ready in 20 minutes!

Ingredients

Scale

1012 pitted Medjool dates

2 tbsp drippy peanut butter

2 tbsp chopped peanuts

½ cup dark chocolate chips

1 tsp coconut oil

Flaky sea salt (to taste)

Instructions

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Flatten dates onto sheet, overlapping slightly to stick together.

3. Drizzle and spread peanut butter over dates.

4. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.

5. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil (microwave 30–60 secs, stirring every 20 secs).

6. Drizzle and spread melted chocolate over the date layer.

7. Sprinkle flaky sea salt over chocolate.

8. Freeze for 10–15 mins or until chocolate sets.

9. Break into pieces.

10. Store in fridge (up to 1 week) or freezer (up to 3 months).

Notes

Use fresh, soft Medjool dates for best texture.

Soak hard dates in hot water 10 mins if needed.

Use refined coconut oil to avoid coconut flavor.

Let frozen bark thaw a few mins before eating.
