Description

A vibrant, low-calorie wellness drink made with butterfly pea tea, lemon, and apple cider vinegar. The Brazilian Mounjaro recipe supports digestion, metabolism, and hydration—naturally and deliciously.


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup chilled butterfly pea flower tea

1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar (with mother)

Juice of ½ lemon

1 tsp raw honey (optional)

1 tsp grated ginger (optional)

Camu camu (optional)

Cinnamon (optional)

Fresh mint or basil (optional)

Cayenne pepper (optional)


Instructions

1. Boil 500 ml of water. Add ginger now if using.

2. Add 2 tbsp dried butterfly pea flowers. Steep 10 minutes.

3. Strain the tea into a jar or pitcher.

4. Add 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar and juice of ½ lemon. Stir.

5. Add honey and other optional ingredients if desired. Serve warm or over ice.

Notes

Drink through a glass straw to protect your teeth.

Best consumed once a day.

You can chill it overnight for a stronger, smoother flavor.

Not a substitute for prescription medications.

Avoid if you have acid reflux or kidney issues.
