1 cup cold water (240 to 360 ml)

Instructions

1. Pour cold water into a blender first.

2. Add spinach and cilantro, then blend briefly until the greens begin breaking down.

3. Add apple, celery, ginger, and lemon juice, then blend until fully smooth.

4. Add ice if desired, then blend again for a thicker, colder texture.
