Ingredients

Instructions
1. Pour 250 ml warm or room-temperature water into a glass.
2. Add 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar if you are new, then stir well.
3. Taste, then increase gradually up to 1 to 2 tablespoons total if tolerated.
4. Add honey or stevia if desired, and optionally a pinch of cinnamon or ginger.
5. Stir thoroughly and drink slowly before a meal.
